Week 23 is lovely to look at ...
The warm days of October are having a wonderful impact in the beginning of November. Challenge of the week --what to do with a persimmon ..particularly one that is not particularly ripe.
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
