Doesn't this bill put a huge burden on small farmers? It looks like another version of N.A.I.S. but extended to produce too.
The Green Leafy marketing program passed after the spinach ecoli scare has worked pretty well in California and is not an undue burden. In addition, looks athe costs to the tomato industry which could have been avoided with the tracking legislation.
