Week 17 (or 18 if you are on Sol Food Farm time)
Lettuces, basil, parsley, nectarines, red russian kale, dino kale, collard, garlic, gypsy peppers and the turnips are back!
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
