Shrimp sandwich
Shrimp from Santa Rosa Seafood (local), wholewheat bread, celery from Ortiz Bros., meyer lemon juice and a bit of cheese.
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
