Vegetable Pave ala Thomas Jefferson
Vegetable paves are easy and reheat well. I made mine with turnips, potatoes and collard greens and for something extra a layer of chicken just for flavoring. This is a good explanation of the concept.
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
