Meat as a condiment - broccoli soup
Broccoli soup made with white beans, jack cheese,a tiny bit of chicken, beef and chicken stock and to give it some depth chipotle peppers.
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
