The dish from the NYTIMES layered swiss chard etc...became collards, turnip greens, white beans, tomatoes and basil with raw turnip grated over the top ...hmmmmgood.
I am inspired by the words of Michael Pollan and Marion Nestle basically:
"Eat Food, not too much, mostly plants. Move around more and eat lower on the food chain" Eating seasonally and locally is a good start.
